Terms of Use
The ground rules for using Onbolts.
Last updated: 2026-07-10
Skateboarding is dangerous
Onbolts is educational content: step-by-step breakdowns, common mistakes, and progression paths for skateboarding tricks. It's not a substitute for in-person coaching, and it can't account for your board, your terrain, or your body on any given day.
You use everything on this site at your own risk. Skateboarding can cause serious injury. Wear protective gear, skate within your ability, and use good judgment about where and when to try something new.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for what happens under your account. One account per person; don't impersonate someone else or misrepresent who you are on a public skater profile.
Content you submit
If you suggest a trick, set a display name, or otherwise submit content to Onbolts, you're granting us the right to use, display, and edit it as part of the site. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, and don't use these features to spam or post anything abusive, illegal, or off-topic.
We review trick suggestions and public profile content, and we can remove or reject anything at our discretion, no explanation owed.
No warranty
Onbolts is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the tutorials are complete, accurate, or error-free, that the site will be available, or that it's fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the site.
Suspension and removal
We can suspend or remove an account that violates these terms, abuses the platform, or interferes with other users.
Changes to these terms
Onbolts is a small, actively built project, and these terms may change as it grows. We'll update the date at the top of this page when they do.
