beginner // flatground
An ollie performed while riding in fakie (backwards). The mechanics are identical to a regular ollie but your stance is reversed.
The Fakie Ollie is a beginner Flatground trick. Most skaters land their first one within 1-3 weeks of consistent practice.

Your progress
Fakie stance
Rotates easier — the pivot is front-centered, so it comes around faster.
Variant of Ollie
Start by rolling fakie with confidence. If you're not comfortable rolling fakie, practice that first.
Your front foot (in fakie, over the nose/tail-end) goes to the tail. Your back foot sits where it normally slides.
Pop the tail and slide your back foot forward to level the board.
Land with feet over the bolts and continue rolling fakie, or use the height to turn back to regular.
